Generate a blog post outline

Generates only the outline for a single post based on the provided postId. Post must first be created before generation. You can later generate a post based on this outline only. See post generation based on outline.

Request body containing optional parameter "outlineUrl" which generates outline based on a URL.

Generates outline based on URL. Uses same structure as the post in the provided URL but rephrases outline.
